Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care according to the prescribed plan of care under the supervision of an RNMonitor patient conditions and report changes to healthcare providers
- Educate patients and families on health-related issues and care techniques
- Perform all other nursing duties as needed, adhering to all company and regulatory policies
- Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records of patient care
