Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of respiratory therapists, providing guidance and professional development
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for the respiratory department
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards
• Manage departmental staffing, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care
• Monitor and order supplies and equipment as needed
• Conduct regular patient case reviews and implement care plans accordingly
