Responsibilities
- Assess clinical learning needs for specialty nursing practice
- Develop and deliver evidence-based education and competency programs
- Support onboarding, orientation, and preceptor development for RNs
- Coach and mentor nurses at the point of care to improve practice
- Collaborate with leaders to align education with quality and safety goals
- Evaluate education effectiveness and track competency outcomes
- Promote best practices, policies, and clinical standards of care
- Support regulatory readiness and compliance through staff education
