- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Promote wellness and preventive care
- Coordinate specialty referrals when appropriate
- Order and interpret diagnostic testing
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Board: BC/BE in Family or Internal Medicine
- Licenses: Active NM license
- DEA: Active DEA
- Certification: BLS
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience
- Other Qualifications: Clean background
