The Opportunity
Core Clinical Partners is seeking a Hospital Medicine Medical Director to lead our established program at St. Mary's Healthcare in Amsterdam, New York.
This is an opportunity for a physician leader who wants to remain clinically active while helping shape the future of a growing hospital medicine program. The Medical Director will partner closely with hospital administration, nursing leadership, Emergency Medicine leadership, and Core Clinical Partners operational leadership to drive quality outcomes, strengthen clinician engagement, support operational performance, and advance strategic program initiatives.
The role includes dedicated Medical Director compensation, protected administrative time, and the opportunity to influence program direction while maintaining an active clinical practice. The clinical and administrative structure will be tailored to support the needs of the program and the responsibilities of the physician leader selected.
