Permanent NP/PA Neurology Opportunity in Meadville, PA Position Overview - Specialty: Neurology- Provider Type: Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA)- Position Type: Permanent- Location: Meadville, PA- Practice Setting: Outpatient Neurology Clinic with Hospital Collaboration Clinical Responsibilities - Provide direct patient care in collaboration with supervising neurologists- Establish preliminary diagnoses for neurological conditions- Recommend and coordinate appropriate diagnostic testing and specialty evaluations- Review daily laboratory results and hospital reports with supervising physician and address findings as needed- Maintain complete, accurate, and timely medical documentation within the EMR- Participate in the development and implementation of standing orders and clinical protocols- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and members of the interdisciplinary care team Schedule - Full-time position- Primarily outpatient clinic-based- Schedule details determined by practice needs- No independent inpatient coverage Requirements - Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant certification- Completion of an accredited advanced practice program- Active Pennsylvania APP license or application in process- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferred- ACLS and BLS certifications required- Strong communication and collaboration skills Support & Practice Environment - Physician-led, team-based neurology practice- Collaborative clinical environment with access to specialty services- Established protocols and physician supervision- Experienced clinical and administrative support staff Compensation & Benefits - Competitive compensation package- Comprehensive benefits- Paid time off- CME allowance- Malpractice coverage- Retirement plan options Permanent Opportunity Summary - Specialty: Neurology- Provider Type: APP (NP or PA)- Location: Meadville, PA- Practice Setting: Outpatient Neurology- Position Type: Permanent
