Saint Luke's Hospital of Kansas City is seeking a Registered Nurse for our NICU Float Pool. This role provides advanced, family-centered care to critically ill and premature newborns across multiple NICU units in a leading tertiary care and teaching hospital. The RN will assess, monitor, and manage complex neonatal conditions, administer medications and therapies, and collaborate closely with neonatologists and an expert interdisciplinary team. You'll participate in evidence-based practice, ongoing education, and quality initiatives while supporting families through education, advocacy, and compassionate communication.
