Medical Lab Scientist

LifeBridge Health, Inc. is seeking a Medical Lab Scientist to perform high-complexity testing that supports diagnosis and treatment across our regional health system. Responsibilities include specimen processing, instrument operation, QC and proficiency testing, result validation, and prompt communication of critical values. You'll collaborate with pathologists, nurses, and providers, follow CLIA/CAP standards, and contribute to process improvement and patient safety initiatives.
