Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Job Description

  • Specialty: CRNA
  • Practice Setting: OR/Surgery Department. Trauma level 3. 330-bed facility
  • Dates/Coverage Needed: Beginning ASAC for 3 months with the option to extend. There are 8's, 10's, and 12's available (ideal if provider can be flexible on shift times for a minimum of 40 hours per week)
  • Case Mix: General, Endo, OB - everything except ENT, pediatrics, and neuro (may be added in the future). CV is covered by our cardiac team only
  • # of OR's: Approx 15
  • Support Staff/Supervision: Supervised model
  • Certifications: NBCRNA, ACLS, BLS, and PALS
  • Credentialing Time-Frame: 60-90 days
  • Active NH License: Highly preferred upfront
  • Flight/Lodging/Rental Car or Mileage: YesThe Independence Difference:
