The University of Vermont Health Network seeks a Registered Nurse for its Newport dialysis unit. In this on-site role, you will deliver evidence-based hemodialysis care, performing comprehensive assessments, managing vascular access, administering medications, and closely monitoring patient responses. You will educate patients and families on kidney disease and treatment, document care in the EHR, and collaborate with nephrologists and an interdisciplinary team.
