Medical Assistant

Oak Street Health is seeking a compassionate Medical Assistant to support our primary care teams serving adults on Medicare. In this role, you will room patients, obtain vitals, assist with exams and procedures, manage documentation in the EHR, coordinate referrals, and support preventative care initiatives. You'll work closely with clinicians in a fast-paced, team-based environment to improve health outcomes in underserved communities while contributing to a patient-centered, inclusive, and growth-focused culture.
