Job Description
Join HEALTH CONNECT AMERICA, INC as a Mental Health Outpatient Therapist providing individual, family, and group therapy to children, adolescents, and adults. Deliver culturally responsive, evidence based treatment in office and community settings, completing assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in a timely, compliant manner. Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, community partners, and families to coordinate care and support client goals. Participate in supervision, ongoing training, and quality improvement while helping expand access to compassionate, client centered behavioral healthcare in local communities.
