Job Description
HEALTH CONNECT AMERICA, INC seeks a Master's Level Outpatient Therapist to provide individual, family, and group counseling for children, adolescents, and adults in office and community settings. You will complete clinical assessments, develop and implement treatment plans, and deliver evidence based interventions for a range of behavioral and mental health needs. Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, coordinate with schools and community partners, maintain timely documentation, and participate in supervision and training, all within a compassionate, client centered, growth focused culture.
