Job Description
Join Health Connect America as a Mental Health Outpatient Therapist providing individual, family, and group therapy to children, adolescents, and adults in office and community settings. Conduct psychosocial assessments, develop and implement treatment plans, and deliver evidence based interventions for a range of behavioral and mental health needs. Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, schools, community partners, and referring agencies to coordinate care. Maintain accurate, timely documentation, participate in supervision and trainings, and uphold client centered, ethical, trauma informed practice while supporting accessible, community based services.
