Job Description
Join Health Connect America as a Family Centered Treatment Therapist providing in home and community based therapy to children, adolescents, and families. Conduct biopsychosocial assessments, develop and implement evidence based treatment plans, and deliver intensive family therapy focused on safety, stabilization, and improved functioning. Collaborate closely with schools, community partners, and multidisciplinary teams, maintain timely clinical documentation, participate in supervision and training, and uphold trauma informed, culturally responsive, client centered care while traveling within the local community to serve clients where they live.
