VNS Health is seeking a Licensed Psychiatric Social Worker to provide compassionate mental health services in home and community-based settings across New York City. In this role, you will conduct psychosocial assessments, develop and implement treatment and safety plans, and deliver evidence-based counseling to adults and families. You will coordinate care with nurses, physicians, and community providers, advocate for client needs, and link clients to social services.
