TriCities Hospital in Hopewell, VA is seeking a Clinical Coordinator for the Psychiatric Unit (RN) to provide leadership and direct patient care. This role oversees daily clinical operations, coordinates staffing, and ensures adherence to psychiatric nursing standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements. The Clinical Coordinator mentors and supports nursing staff, collaborates with physicians and the multidisciplinary team, and promotes evidence-based, trauma-informed care. You will participate in performance improvement, staff education, and patient/family education while fostering a compassionate, therapeutic, and recovery-focused environment.
