Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Licensed in state
• Compact Eligible State

Location Highlights

Crown Point offers access to both outdoor recreation and major metro amenities. Lemon Lake County Park features more than 500 acres of trails and disc golf, and Indiana Dunes National Park is about 35 miles north along Lake Michigan.
