Step into a premier, established OB/GYN practice in the Northwest Baltimore suburbs (Owings Mills) as we expand our services to offer comprehensive Internal Medicine . We are seeking a self-motivated Internal Medicine physician with 2+ years of experience to lead this new primary care arm. Designed for an entrepreneurial leader, this role offers a turnkey patient base, built-in internal referrals, and a clear 5-year path to practice partnership.

  • Launch Primary Care within a Thriving Practice: Lead the expansion of Internal Medicine within a well-respected, all-female OB/GYN group. Benefit from a built-in referral network, an established infrastructure, and the long-term autonomy to recruit and manage your own APPs as the service line grows.
  • Favorable Outpatient Schedule: Enjoy a balanced MondayFriday 9:00 AM 5:00 PM schedule with a dedicated 1-hour lunch and built-in administrative blocks. The last patient is scheduled at 4:00 PM, with no weekend clinical hours.
  • Turnkey Infrastructure & Experienced Support: Practice efficiently alongside long-term staff, featuring a dedicated 1:1 MA ratio to handle administrative tasks and patient prep. The practice utilizes Athena EMR to streamline daily clinical operations.
  • Paced, Quality Patient Care: Focus on adult medicine, chronic care management, and preventive screenings (ages 18+) for an established adult panel. Patient volume is capped at a manageable 1620 patients per day with generous 20-minute follow-ups and 40-minute new patient blocks.
  • Path to Partnership & Ownership: Step onto a clear 5-year track to practice partnership . You will have a seat at the table alongside an established women's health group.
  • Individualized Call Coverage: Manage your own patient call directly.

Qualifications:
  • MD or DO with Board Certification in Internal Medicine.
  • Experience Required: Minimum of 2+ years of post-residency clinical experience (no new graduates).
  • Seeking a self-motivated, long-term physician eager to build and lead an Internal Medicine arm within an established women's health group.
  • Focused on adult medicine (ages 18+) and chronic disease management.
  • State licensure and board certification are required.
