Chippenham Hospital seeks a Registered Nurse to join our Medical Surgical Trauma ICU team on a PRN basis. In this high-acuity role, you will deliver comprehensive care to critically ill medical, surgical, and trauma patients, performing thorough assessments, monitoring complex vital trends, and responding rapidly to clinical changes. Responsibilities include administering medications and IV therapies, collaborating with physicians and an interdisciplinary team, maintaining accurate documentation, and upholding strict safety and infection control standards. You will educate patients and families, participate in emergencies and code situations, and support quality improvement on the unit.
