Pay & Benefits - Hourly Pay Rate: Up to $290/hour (with malpractice coverage)
- Overtime: Overtime after 10 hours
- Holiday Pay: 1.5x pay, seasonal adjustment applies

What You ll Do - Administer general surgical anesthesia for adult and pediatric patients
- Perform IV regional, spinal, epidural, and regional anesthesia procedures
- Support obstetric and neurosurgical cases, as needed
- Collaborate with OR staff to ensure safe anesthesia care
- Document procedures accurately in Meditech Expanse EMR
- Provide supervised anesthesia services in a busy, Level 3 Trauma setting
- Assist in a variety of surgical procedures across 9 main ORs and 5 endoscopy suites
What You Need - Current RN and CRNA licenses in Massachusetts or ability to obtain
- Minimum of 1-year clinical anesthesia experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of anesthesia techniques, patient monitoring, and safety protocols
- Ability to work supervised shifts reliably and efficiently
