Pay & Benefits
  • Hourly Pay Rate: Up to $290/hour (with malpractice coverage)
  • Overtime: Overtime after 10 hours
  • Holiday Pay: 1.5x pay, seasonal adjustment applies

What You ll Do
  • Administer general surgical anesthesia for adult and pediatric patients
  • Perform IV regional, spinal, epidural, and regional anesthesia procedures
  • Support obstetric and neurosurgical cases, as needed
  • Collaborate with OR staff to ensure safe anesthesia care
  • Document procedures accurately in Meditech Expanse EMR
  • Provide supervised anesthesia services in a busy, Level 3 Trauma setting
  • Assist in a variety of surgical procedures across 9 main ORs and 5 endoscopy suites

What You Need
  • Current RN and CRNA licenses in Massachusetts or ability to obtain
  • Minimum of 1-year clinical anesthesia experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of anesthesia techniques, patient monitoring, and safety protocols
  • Ability to work supervised shifts reliably and efficiently
