Practice Full-Scope Urology with Advanced Robotics in Growing Central Florida Communities
AdventHealth Medical Group is seeking Board Certified or Board Eligible General Urologists to join our expanding urology program with opportunities available in DeLand and Orange City, Florida.
This is a growth and expansion opportunity within an established, hospital-employed practice offering an immediate patient base, dedicated clinic and OR time, access to advanced surgical technology, and the support of one of Florida's largest physician-led multispecialty groups.
Whether you're an experienced urologist or a graduating resident or fellow, you'll have the opportunity to build a busy practice while working alongside a collaborative team committed to exceptional patient care.

- Advanced Practitioner support in the clinic, hospital, and operating room
- EPIC electronic medical record
- Collaborative multidisciplinary support including Medical Oncology, Radiation Oncology, Infusion Services, and Tumor Boards
- J-1 and H-1B visa sponsorship available
Clinical Practice
Physicians enjoy a balanced practice consisting of dedicated outpatient clinic, protected operating room block time, and shared inpatient consult responsibilities.
This opportunity offers the ability to practice the full spectrum of General Urology with access to advanced robotic surgery and minimally invasive technology. Surgeons have access to both da Vinci 5 and da Vinci Xi robotic platforms, as well as Aquablation technology, allowing physicians to provide comprehensive surgical care using modern techniques.
Hospital consults and call responsibilities are shared among the urology team, fostering a collaborative practice environment while maintaining continuity of patient care.
