Wellstar Health System seeks a Supervisor Clinical Pathology Services for the night shift to lead operations in a busy hospital laboratory. In this onsite role, you will supervise technologists and support staff, oversee accurate and timely testing, and ensure strict adherence to CLIA, CAP, and hospital standards. You will coordinate staffing, training, and workflow, monitor quality metrics, and drive process improvements. Partner with physicians and clinical teams to support patient-centered care while fostering a culture of safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the lab.
