New Grad RN Resident

St. David's Medical Center in Austin, TX is hiring New Grad RN Residents for our Intermediate Care (IMC) unit. As a new graduate nurse, you will provide compassionate, evidence-based care to acutely ill patients while participating in a structured residency program. Under the guidance of experienced preceptors, you will develop skills in assessment, medication administration, telemetry monitoring, care planning, and patient/family education. You'll work within a collaborative, patient-centered team that values safety, continuous learning, and professional growth in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment.
