New Grad RN Resident

Chippenham Hospital seeks a New Grad RN Resident for the Swift Creek Emergency Room. In this role, you will provide direct, evidence-based care to diverse emergency patients under the guidance of experienced preceptors. Responsibilities include triage support, assessments, medication administration, IV therapy, wound care, and ongoing monitoring using EHR systems. You will collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, participate in a structured residency program, and receive mentorship, skills training, and ongoing education in a supportive, patient-centered, and team-focused environment.
