Schedule: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM with call 3:00 PM to 7:00 AM; call rotation every third night and every fourth weekend; call response time 30 minutes
Setting: Independent CRNA practice model
Travel and Lodging: Travel and lodging support may be available

Position Overview
Ongoing locum tenens CRNA coverage
Proficiency with spinals, blocks, and epidurals required
Case logs required (proof of epidurals, spinals, and blocks)

Urology
ENT
Podiatry
Required Qualifications
Active Minnesota license
BLS, ACLS, and PALS through AHA
DEA
Candidates must have at least two years of clinical experience within the past five years to qualify.
Credentialing
Credentialing timeframe noted as 60 to 90 days
