Cardiology - Interventional Physician

All Star Healthcare represents a facility in North Dakota seeking Interventional Cardiology locums coverage.

• 10 days/month beginning in October.
  • Preferred schedule is two 5-day stretches that overlap two weekends; however, one 10-day stretch per month is also acceptable.
• Must be at least one year out of fellowship and practicing independently.
• Provider will hold the pager for the full duration of the assignment.
• During weekdays, the provider will cover the cardiology inpatient service alongside an inpatient APC.
• Weeknight (Monday-Friday) call includes coverage for:
  • Urgent inpatient caths
  • Temporary pacemakers
  • STEMIs
  • Stat echos
  • EP calls
• During weekends, the provider will cover General and EP Cardiology hospital services, including:
  • Inpatient caths
  • STEMIs
  • Stat echos
• EP coverage is included in this role, assisting with urgent inpatient cases and consults during weeknights and weekends.
• During weekdays, an EP cardiologist will provide EP coverage.
