Mindfully Behavioral Health is seeking a Clinical Practice Operations Manager/PMHNP to lead daily operations while delivering high-quality psychiatric care. In this dual role, you will manage workflow, staffing, scheduling, and quality metrics for a busy outpatient behavioral health practice, while providing evaluations, diagnosis, and medication management as a PMHNP. You will ensure regulatory compliance, optimize the patient experience, and collaborate closely with therapists and leadership to expand services, drive performance, and support a culture of compassionate, evidence-based mental health care.
