Jefferson Health seeks an Assistant Nurse Manager for the Einstein Emergency Department Nights to provide clinical and operational leadership on the night shift. In this on-site role, you will oversee ED nursing staff, coordinate patient flow and triage, and ensure high-quality, safe, patient-centered emergency care. You will manage staffing and scheduling, mentor and develop nurses, support orientation and education, and collaborate closely with physicians and interprofessional teams. The role includes monitoring quality and safety metrics, maintaining regulatory compliance, and fostering a culture of empathy, collaboration, diversity, and continuous learning within a leading academic health system.
