RN First Assist

Kettering Health Network seeks an RN First Assist to provide advanced perioperative nursing care in our faith-based, patient-centered system. In this role, you will support surgeons throughout the surgical procedure, including positioning, exposure, hemostasis, and wound closure while maintaining strict sterile technique. You will perform comprehensive pre- and post-op assessments, educate patients and families, and collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia, and OR staff.
