Liberty Health seeks a compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant to support evidence-based, person-centered rehabilitation services. Working closely with licensed Physical Therapists, you will carry out treatment plans, guide therapeutic exercises, utilize mobility and assistive devices, and document patient progress. You'll educate patients and caregivers, promote safety and functional independence, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary behavioral health and medical team.
