Job Description
The Adolescent Medicine Clinic is seeking a Psychology Nurse Team Leader to manage nursing teams within the division of Adolescent Medicine. This position will manage daily clinic flow, provide direct patient care, as well as day to day oversight of nursing and clinical staff. The Nurse Team Leader will work closely with the division chief and providers to create, maintain, and implement clinical protocols and procedures to ensure continuity of care. In addition to the above, the Nurse Team Lead will also work closely with the Practice Manager and Nurse Clinical Manager to operationalize ambulatory clinic issues, nursing directives, scheduling templates, protocols, and staffing models.
Qualifications
BSN
No experience required.
Registered Nurse (RN) and must advance on UKHC Nursing Professional Advancement (NPA) within 6 months of hire and annual resubmission required throughout employment in this job title.
N/A
Basic computer knowledge, MS Windows, Word, Outlook, clinical applications. Supervisory experience, detail oriented.
Schedule
Monday – Friday, Day Shift; 8:00am – 5:00pm (40 hrs/wk)
