Work Hours: Full-Time; Rotating Shifts

Qualifications
Education
· High School Diploma or Equivalent is preferred.
Experience
· 1 year of relevant experience in customer service or as a cashier in a high-volume setting required.
Certificate & Licenses
· FHC - Food Handlers Certificate 30 Days Required.
Skills
· Ability to handle cash in a high-volume environment.
· Reading, basic math, written language in English.
· Ability to handle cash in a high-volume environment.
· Computer skills preferred.
· Good communication and organizational skills to exercise independent judgment.
· Must be discreet and courteous in handling visitors and employees.
What You Will Do:
· Familiar with menu and prices. Operate computer-based register during meal service periods. Responsible for accurate charges to each customer.
· Demonstrate the ability to handle and count money in a high-volume situation. Verify cash drawer amounts before and after meal periods.
· Demonstrates customer skills and performs customer recovery, resolving customer issues at point of service.
· Follow established standards for food safety and sanitation. Follows standards for cleanliness and stocking within the assigned area. Follows proper hand hygiene.
· Performs other job duties as assigned by Supervisor/Manager.

The ground floor houses a breast imaging center, outpatient physical therapy, cardiac rehabilitation, and an internal medicine residency program.

Located on 33 acres in Rockwall just south of interstate 30, Texas Health Rockwall offers 60 inpatient beds for acute medical and surgical needs. The hospital continues to grow and visiting campus today you will find a Women's Imaging and Breast Center, a bariatric clinic, an ambulatory surgery center and a variety of physician practices all dedicated to our evolving community health needs. You will see that our long awaited expansion is well underway! This expansion, focused on a healthy future in this high growth area of North Texas, will double the size of our hospital adding more patient beds, a Level 2 NICU, Cardiac Cath Lab and expanding other departments including Labor & Delivery, OR and the emergency room.
