Sierra Medical Center in El Paso, TX is seeking a Registered Nurse for our ICU to work part-time night shifts. In this role, you will provide comprehensive critical care to adult patients with complex, unstable conditions. Responsibilities include continuous monitoring of vital signs and hemodynamics, managing ventilators and drips, administering medications, and responding to emergencies. You will document thoroughly in the EMR, collaborate closely with physicians and the interdisciplinary team, and support patient and family education.
