BJC HealthCare seeks a Pediatric RN House Supervisor to oversee pediatric nursing operations and patient flow while ensuring safe, high-quality care. You will lead and support bedside nurses, coordinate staffing and bed assignments, respond to clinical escalations, and partner with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
