- DEA / CDS: Active DEA with Indiana address and schedules 2, 2N, 3, 3N, and 4
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS
- Experience: Residency trained in Emergency Medicine
- Other Qualifications: Current vaccinations, TB test, case logs, CME attestation, malpractice coverage history
- Provide comprehensive emergency medical care to patients in the ED
- Perform moderate sedation as needed
- Collaborate with nursing and support staff for patient management
- Maintain cross-credentialing and privileges at both Franciscan Health Munster and Franciscan Health Dyer
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and credentialing requirements
