What You ll Do: - Manage outpatient patients with hematologic malignancies and solid tumors
- Collaborate closely with hematologists, infusion teams, and support staff
- Conduct patient assessments and develop treatment plans
- Document care using Epic EMR for coordinated patient management
- Support patients undergoing chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and supportive therapies
- Support inpatient collaboration as needed while maintaining outpatient focus
What You Need: - Minnesota licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- 2+ years of hematology/oncology experience preferred
- Strong communication and clinical skills
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
