What You ll Do:
  • Manage outpatient patients with hematologic malignancies and solid tumors
  • Collaborate closely with hematologists, infusion teams, and support staff
  • Conduct patient assessments and develop treatment plans
  • Document care using Epic EMR for coordinated patient management
  • Support patients undergoing chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and supportive therapies
  • Support inpatient collaboration as needed while maintaining outpatient focus

What You Need:
  • Minnesota licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
  • 2+ years of hematology/oncology experience preferred
  • Strong communication and clinical skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
