What You'll Do:
  • Collaborate with Neonatologists to provide care in Level III-IV NICUs and high-risk delivery services
  • Cover NICU shifts, including evenings, with varied schedule options
  • Work in a team environment providing high-quality care to critically ill infants
  • Participate in in-person rounds and emergency coverage in Level II nurseries
  • Attend deliveries alongside Neonatologists (no transport duties)
  • Support a growing network of NICUs throughout Phoenix and Arizona

What You Need:
  • Current Board Certification as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NO FNP/PNP)
  • 2+ years of NNP experience preferred
  • Ability to work in high-pressure neonatal environments
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
