What You'll Do: - Collaborate with Neonatologists to provide care in Level III-IV NICUs and high-risk delivery services
- Cover NICU shifts, including evenings, with varied schedule options
- Work in a team environment providing high-quality care to critically ill infants
- Participate in in-person rounds and emergency coverage in Level II nurseries
- Attend deliveries alongside Neonatologists (no transport duties)
- Support a growing network of NICUs throughout Phoenix and Arizona
What You Need: - Current Board Certification as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NO FNP/PNP)
- 2+ years of NNP experience preferred
- Ability to work in high-pressure neonatal environments
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
