Registered Nurse Rapid Response Team

MedStar Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for our Rapid Response Team. In this high-impact role, you will respond to clinical deteriorations across inpatient units, perform rapid assessments, initiate evidence-based interventions, and collaborate with bedside teams, intensivists, and hospitalists to stabilize patients and prevent ICU transfers or codes. RNs support early recognition of decline, serve as clinical resources, mentor staff, ensure accurate EHR documentation, and promote a culture of safety, quality, and patient-first, compassionate care in our mission-driven regional health system.
