Registered Nurse Medical Intensive Care

MedStar Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for our Medical Intensive Care Unit. The RN provides evidence-based, patient-first critical care to adults with complex medical conditions, including respiratory failure, sepsis, and multi-organ dysfunction. Responsibilities include comprehensive assessments, ventilator and hemodynamic management, titration of IV drips, timely EMR documentation, and patient/family education. RNs collaborate closely with physicians, respiratory therapists, and the broader care team while participating in quality, safety, and professional development initiatives in a mission-driven, learning-focused environment.
