Medical City Healthcare seeks an Orthopedics Care Coordinator RN to guide patients through complex orthopedic care within a finance- and insurance-focused environment. You will coordinate pre- and post-operative care, manage authorizations, and ensure accurate documentation for insurance and reimbursement. Partner with surgeons, therapists, case managers, and financial counselors to align treatment plans with coverage requirements while maintaining exceptional clinical quality. You'll analyze utilization trends, educate patients on cost implications and care pathways, and support data-driven process improvements in a collaborative, learning-focused culture.
