Job Description
Health Connect America, Inc. is seeking a licensed Therapist in Georgia to provide behavioral health services to children, adolescents, adults, and families. In this role, you will deliver individual, family, and group therapy in homes, offices, and community settings, completing assessments, treatment plans, and documentation to clinical and regulatory standards. You will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, community partners, and referral sources, participate in trainings and supervision, and maintain ethical, client-centered care while supporting culturally responsive, trauma informed, evidence based practices.
