Registered Nurse - NICU Per Diem at Sierra Medical Center in El Paso, TX. Provide specialized, family-centered care to high-risk and critically ill newborns in a Level II/III NICU. Assess, monitor, and manage infants requiring respiratory support, IV therapy, and complex treatments while ensuring accurate documentation in the EHR. Collaborate closely with neonatologists, respiratory therapists, and other team members to deliver safe, evidence-based care. Educate and support families, promoting bonding and involvement in the care plan. Per diem role with flexible shifts in a collaborative, growth-focused, patient-first environment.
