St. James Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Long Island seeks a full-time Physical Therapist to provide evidence-based rehab services in a skilled nursing setting. You will evaluate functional status, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance, and strengthening programs focused on restoring mobility, safety, and independence.
