Fairview Park Hospital in Dublin, GA seeks an RN Coordinator Trauma PI to lead Trauma Performance Improvement efforts in our patient-focused, safety-driven hospital. This role manages trauma data collection, analysis, and reporting; facilitates case reviews and PI meetings; and drives quality initiatives that improve trauma outcomes. The coordinator collaborates closely with trauma surgeons, ED and ICU teams, and leadership to ensure compliance with trauma standards and survey readiness.
