Senior Medical Technologist

Memorial Hermann Health System seeks a Senior Medical Technologist to perform complex diagnostic testing and support high-quality patient care. In this role, you will conduct and validate advanced laboratory procedures, interpret results, and ensure compliance with CLIA and CAP standards. You will help optimize workflows, maintain and troubleshoot laboratory instruments, and document findings in the LIS. As a senior team member, you will mentor junior staff, collaborate closely with physicians and nurses, and contribute to continuous improvement in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.
