Del Sol Medical Center is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse to join our Rehab team on a PRN basis. In this role, you will deliver compassionate, evidence-based care to patients recovering from illness, injury, or surgery. Responsibilities include monitoring vital signs, administering medications, assisting with treatments and therapies, and collaborating closely with RNs, physicians, and the interdisciplinary rehab team. You will educate patients and families, support discharge planning, and help ensure a safe, therapeutic environment.
