Parkland Medical Center seeks a Nurse Extern for our Float Pool (PRN) to support nursing teams across multiple inpatient units. Under RN supervision, you'll provide basic patient care, obtain vital signs, assist with hygiene and mobility, support admission/discharge processes, and accurately document in the EMR. You'll gain exposure to diverse specialties while delivering compassionate, safe care in a collaborative, patient-centered environment. This PRN role offers flexible shifts, professional mentorship, and the opportunity to develop clinical skills within a community-focused HCA facility.
