Therapy Services Supervisor

Mindfully Behavioral Health seeks a Therapy Services Supervisor to oversee daily operations of our Healthcare & Medical Services department. The Supervisor will provide clinical and administrative leadership to a team of therapists, ensuring high-quality, evidence-based behavioral health services and strong clinical outcomes. Responsibilities include supervising clinicians, monitoring caseloads and documentation, coordinating care with medical providers, supporting crisis intervention, and maintaining regulatory and accreditation compliance. The role also leads performance coaching, team development, and quality-improvement initiatives in a patient-centered, collaborative environment.
