Acute visits, injury care, and minor procedures as needed

Occupational health and workers compensation support (as noted)

Physical exams, including DOT exams; DOT certification is required (as noted)

Adult only patient population (as noted)

EMR: Athena (as noted)
Required Qualifications

Nurse Practitioner

Active Ohio license

National certification in the appropriate specialty

DOT certification

DEA (as required by clinic scope)

Candidates must have at least two years of clinical experience within the past five years to qualify.
